FairWhere Partner

Fill quiet tables with groups already planning to meet

FairWhere sends table requests from groups ranked by journey fairness — not paid placement. Create a Venue account to reply faster, set standing credit rules for your quietest hours, and see whether the traffic pays off.

Why venues create an account

Magic-link SMS replies still work for one-off requests. A Partner account is for owners and managers who want an ongoing inbox and control.

Faster table requests

See every request for your venue in one Partner inbox — confirm, decline or adjust holds without digging through texts.

Quiet-time credit rules

Pre-set £ credits for Tue–Thu early or Sunday lulls. FairWhere suggests the right credit when a request lands; you can still override.

Arrival awareness

Know when guests tap “We’re here” (or check in nearby). Mark seated or no-show from the same request screen.

Analytics that matter

Win rate, spend vs credit ROI, and an hour-of-week heatmap — so you can see if FairWhere is filling the slots you care about.

How setup works

Most venues are live in a few minutes once a contact email or phone is on file for the claim code.

  1. 1

    Create a Venue account

Sign up and choose Venue (owner or manager). Your Workspace opens as the Partner portal — not the planner tools.

  2. 2

    Claim your venue

Search for your place under Venues. We send a 6-digit code to the contact email or phone already listed for that venue. Enter the code to become owner.

  3. 3

    Set quiet-time credits (optional)

Add rules for the hours you want to fill — e.g. £20 Tue–Thu 17:00–19:00 — with caps so liability stays predictable.

  4. 4

    Turn on notifications

Add the phone or email staff actually watch during service. New requests and arrivals deep-link into the request.

  5. 5

    Reply and learn

Confirm or decline from Partner (or the SMS magic link). After visits, log spend so analytics show real ROI.
