About us
FairWhere is operated by FairWhere Limited, a limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales. References to "FairWhere", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms mean FairWhere Limited.
Service
FairWhere is a group-decision tool that ranks meeting places by fairness across everyone's journey. Results are recommendations and may be affected by live transit conditions.
Acceptable use
Don't use FairWhere to harass, deceive, or scrape at scale. Don't attempt to circumvent our rate limits or routing-provider quotas.
Availability
The service is provided "as-is" during this preview. We may change or remove features as the product evolves.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
