These terms are maintained by FairWhere Limited and describe how the FairWhere service may be used. Last updated 10 October 2026.
Eligibility
You must be 13 or over to use FairWhere. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission.
Some places listed serve alcohol. You must be of legal age to buy it.
About us
FairWhere is operated by FairWhere Limited, a limited company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales. References to "FairWhere", "we", "us" or "our" in these terms mean FairWhere Limited.
Service
FairWhere is a group-decision tool that ranks meeting places by fairness across everyone's journey. Results are recommendations and may be affected by live transit conditions.
Acceptable use
Don't use FairWhere to harass, deceive, or scrape at scale. Don't attempt to circumvent our rate limits or routing-provider quotas.
Content, names and notes
Names, notes, plan titles and anything else you add to FairWhere can be seen by the people you share a plan with or connect with. Don't add anything abusive, harassing, hateful, sexual, threatening, illegal or otherwise objectionable, and don't pretend to be someone else. This applies to your name, guest names, notes and plan titles.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Some words are filtered automatically. We may remove content, change or block names, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without notice.
Reporting a problem
To report a person, a plan or anything you see on FairWhere, use Report a problem in the app (in Your people, on plan and invite pages, and in Account) or email hello@fairwhere.com. In Your people you can also block someone. We review every report within 24 hours and act on it, which can include removing the content and suspending the account that posted it.
Availability
The service is provided "as-is" during this preview. We may change or remove features as the product evolves.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
