Frequently asked questions
What does the “Beer Garden + Kid Friendly Too + Riverside” filter show on Dog-Friendly Pubs to Meet Up in London?
This view narrows Dog-Friendly Pubs to Meet Up in London to venues tagged for Beer Garden + Kid Friendly Too + Riverside. FairWhere can still rank that filtered shortlist by journey fairness when you start a plan, so the activity fit and the commute both work for the group.
How do we find a dog-friendly pub that works for the whole group?
Dog-Friendly Pubs to Meet Up in London is curated for pubs that welcome dogs. Filter for beer garden, water bowls or near a park, then let FairWhere rank by journey fairness for the humans travelling: the dog still needs a fair walk to the door.
Can we combine a park walk with the pub?
Yes - use Dog walk and a pint (/occasions/dog-walk-and-a-pint) for dog-friendly walks citywide, or the Hampstead Heath geo page (/occasions/dog-walk-and-a-pint/hampstead-heath) when that is the plan. Filter this Placelist for Near Park/Heath/Common when the pub should sit next to open space.
How does FairWhere rank places on Dog-Friendly Pubs to Meet Up in London?
FairWhere ranks venues on this Placelist by FairWhere Score: journey fairness for your whole group, not by popularity, sponsorship, or who suggested the place first. Open Plan a fair meet to add origins and see the ranked shortlist.
Do I need everyone in the same area of London?
No. FairWhere is built for groups coming from different zones. Add each person's start location and it ranks venues so the travel burden is as fair as possible across the group.
Is this free to use?
Browsing Placelists and creating a basic plan with estimate-only ranking is free in the London beta. Optional live checks and deeper routing may use credits where offered.
