A heated Hackney evening and an unheated Tooting morning are different swims.
How booking works
- Better — London Fields, Charlton, Oasis outdoor, Finchley, Hillingdon, Pools on the Park, West Reservoir open water, and others.
- City of London — Parliament Hill Lido (summer bookable sessions; otherwise pay on arrival).
- Royal Parks — Serpentine Lido (seasonal).
- Places Leisure — Tooting Bec Lido.
- Own sites — Hampton Pool, Brockwell operator; Park Road via Haringey Active Wellbeing.
Wild bathing ponds on the Heath are not on this list — use Hampstead Heath Meeting Points for those. Filter heated vs unheated, year-round vs seasonal, or open-water.
Book your swim before you travel.
A fair journey to a fully booked swim session is still a wasted journey. Price is a filter and a factor — not a reason we left a good swim off the list.
