Frequently asked questions
What does the “Cocktails + Food Led” filter show on Pubs & Bars Near London's Big Stations?
This view narrows Pubs & Bars Near London's Big Stations to venues tagged for Cocktails + Food Led. FairWhere can still rank that filtered shortlist by journey fairness when you start a plan, so the activity fit and the commute both work for the group.
Where should we meet if everyone arrives at a different London station?
Pubs & Bars Near London's Big Stations picks characterful pubs and bars a short walk from the big termini. Add each person's arrival station (or home) in FairWhere and it ranks the shortlist by journey fairness, so the meet isn’t always “whoever shouted King’s Cross first.”
Is this only for after-work drinks?
No. Filter for roomy groups, outdoor space or a short walk from the station, then rank fairly: useful for weekend arrivals and intercity reunions as well as after-work.
How does FairWhere rank places on Pubs & Bars Near London's Big Stations?
FairWhere ranks venues on this Placelist by FairWhere Score: journey fairness for your whole group, not by popularity, sponsorship, or who suggested the place first. Open Plan a fair meet to add origins and see the ranked shortlist.
Do I need everyone in the same area of London?
No. FairWhere is built for groups coming from different zones. Add each person's start location and it ranks venues so the travel burden is as fair as possible across the group.
Is this free to use?
Browsing Placelists and creating a basic plan with estimate-only ranking is free in the London beta. Optional live checks and deeper routing may use credits where offered.
